User Agreement

This Agreement is a public offer and defines the terms of use of materials and services posted on the website on the Internet at https://antiage-expert.com/ by users of this website (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

1. Terms and definitions used in this Agreement

The Administration - Anti-Age Expert School of Anti-Aging Medicine, which administers the Site, which is a party to this Agreement.

Users – there are doctors of various specialties registered on the Site and undergoing training at the Anti-Age Expert school, as well as other persons using the services and materials of the Site.

Registration Data - information about the User provided by him during registration on the site, including credentials, last name, first name, patronymic (if any), email address, etc., as well as all changes and additions to such information specified by the user through personal account. The provision by the User of Registration Data, including those not specified by the Administration on the Site as mandatory, are a prerequisite for the User's identification by the Administration when executing the Agreement.

Service - any of the functions and / or capabilities of the Site, regardless of whether such functions and / or capabilities are provided to the User for a fee or not.

Agreement - this user agreement, including any special conditions in relation to other Services, rules and other documents mentioned in it, as well as information posted by the Administration on the Site and governing the relations of the Parties regarding the use of the Site and / or Services, the rights and obligations of the Administration and User regarding the use of a particular Service.

Credentials - a unique username and password of the User, created during the registration process on the Site and used to access the User to the Personal Account, as well as to identify the User when providing the Services as a party to this Agreement.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. This Agreement governs the relationship between the User and the Administration within the framework of the User's use of the services and materials of the Site.

2.2. Each Party guarantees to the other Party that it has the necessary legal capacity, as well as all the rights and powers necessary and sufficient to conclude and execute the Agreement in accordance with its terms. 2.3. The site was created in order to familiarize the Users themselves with the training programs and registration for the Administration's events, as well as to search for doctors in different regions and post news and articles by the Administration.

2.4. When using the Site, the user must first familiarize himself with the terms of this Agreement.

2.5. Events organized through the use of the site are intended:

for persons with higher medical education as part of the provision of educational services for the implementation of additional professional training programs, as well as additional professional retraining programs.

3. Services and materials of the Site

3.1. The site offers access to various services and materials provided in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including, but not limited to:

Personal account;
Information about training programs;
Application for training;
News and blog;
Information about doctors.

3.2. The use of materials and services of the Site is governed by the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

3.3. To gain access to certain services and materials of the Site, the User must register on the Site by filling out the registration form. The user undertakes to provide reliable and up-to-date registration data. When going through the registration procedure, the User is assigned a username and password of his choice, which are used by him in further work with the Site.

3.4. To events organized through the use of the site, as part of the provision of educational services for the implementation of additional professional programs (advanced training and professional retraining), are allowed only the persons who have confirmed the level of education by providing a diploma or a certificate confirming education grade (original, photocopy or photocopies of diploma or certificate).

4. Terms of use of services and materials

4.8. The Administration has the right to delete and / or change any data, information, results of intellectual activity posted on the Site, in any of its sections, including by the Users.

4.9. Administration has the right to change, modify or delete some or all of the Services.

4.10. The use of the Site is free of charge.

5. Other conditions

5.1. The Site Administration undertakes to ensure the good functioning of the Site. Users have the right to send complaints to the Administration about the functioning of the Site at any time. The administration is obliged to promptly respond to complaints from users of the Site.

5.2. The Site Administration does not bear any responsibility and does not have any obligations in connection with the advertising that may be posted on the Site.

5.3. The Administration of the Site is not responsible for technical failures in the functioning of the Site that arose through no fault of its own.

5.4 The Site Administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such changes come into force from the moment the new version of the Agreement is posted on the website. 5.6. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement or related to it are subject to resolution in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.7. This Agreement comes into force from the moment of its publication on the Site.
