User Agreement

This Agreement is a public offer and defines the terms and conditions of use of materials and services posted on the website https://antiage-expert.com/ru/ (hereinafter - the Website) by its users.
The Administrator means the Anti-Age Expert School of Anti-Aging Medicine, which administers the Website and is a party to this Agreement.
User Account means a section of the Website which the User may access only if they are authorized by entering their credentials.
Users means doctors of different specializations registered on the Website and undergoing training in the Anti-Age Expert School, as well as other persons using the services and materials of the Website.
Registration data means information about the User, provided by the User when registering on the Website, including credentials, surname, name, patronymic (if any), e-mail address, etc., as well as all changes and additions to such information, specified by the User through their User Account. Provision by the User of Registration data, including data which is not specified by the Administrator of the Website as mandatory for filling out, is a prerequisite for identification by the Administrator of the User for the purpose of the implementation of this Agreement.
Website means the Internet site with the address https://antiage-expert.com/ru/.
Service means any of the functions and/or features of the Website, whether or not such functions and/or features are provided to the User for a fee.
Agreement means this User Agreement, including any special conditions in relation to individual Services, rules and other documents mentioned therein, as well as information placed by the Administrator on the Website and regulating the relations of the Parties regarding the use of the Website and/or Services, rights and obligations of the Administrator and the User regarding the use of a particular Service.
Credentials means the unique user name and password of the User created in the process of registration on the Website, used to enable the User to access the User Account, as well as for the identification of the User as a party to this Agreement in connection with the provision of Services.
2.1. This Agreement regulates the relations between the User and the Administrator arising in connection with the use of the services and materials of the Website by the User.
2.2. Each Party warrants to the other Party that it has the necessary legal status and capacity, and all rights and powers necessary and sufficient to conclude and execute the Agreement in accordance with its terms. The current version of the Agreement is always available on the Website https://antiage-expert.com/ru/.
2.3. The Website was created to introduce Users to the training programs of the Administrator and enable them to register with its events, and to serve as a platform for searching for doctors in different regions, and for the publication by the Administrator of its news and articles.
2.4. When using the Website, the User is required to review the terms of this Agreement in advance.
2.5. Events organized through the use of the Website are intended for persons with a higher medical education, in connection with the provision of educational services as part of additional professional development programs and additional professional retraining programs.
3.1. The Website offers access to various services and materials provided under the terms of this Agreement, including, but not limited to:
- the User Account;
- Information about training events;
- Applications for training;
- News and Blog;
- Information about physicians.
3.2. The use of materials and services of the Website is regulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.3. To get access to certain services and materials of the Website, the User should register on the Website by filling in the registration form. The User undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date registration data. Upon completion of the registration procedure, the User is assigned a user name and password chosen by them, which they will use in future operations with the Website.
3.4. Admission to the events organized through the use of the Website, in connection with the provision of educational services as part of additional professional development programs (professional development and professional retraining) is open to persons who have confirmed their level of education by providing a diploma, or certificate on their education in a specific field (original, photocopy or printed copy).
4.1. The User has the right to use the materials of the Website and the services provided on the Website in all ways not prohibited by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.2. The User has the right to use the materials of the Website and the services provided on the Website for personal purposes, but not for commercial purposes.
4.3. The User agrees not to take any actions, including by leaving comments or written text, that may be considered as violating Russian law, nor to place on the Website any advertising or propaganda materials, spam, or information that includes links to third-party resources, nor to use profane language, swear words and/or words/expressions that may offend or insult others, nor to take any actions that lead or may lead to the disruption of the normal operation of the Website and the Website services.
4.4. The use of the Website materials without the consent of their rights holders is not allowed.
4.5. When quoting any Website materials, the User must provide a link to the Website.
4.6. In the event of a violation by any User of the provisions of this Agreement (including a failure to comply with the requirement specified in clause 3.4 of this Agreement) the Website Administrator has the right to delete such person’s User Account.
4.7. The Administrator has the right, without prior notice, to carry out maintenance and/or repair work, during which time the Services may be unavailable to the User, or only available to a limited extent, and the Administrator shall bear no obligation to reimburse Users for any costs, losses, etc. resulting from such interruptions.
4.8. The Administrator has the right to delete and/or change any data, information, or results of intellectual activity posted on the Website, in any section of the Website, including data etc. posted by Users.
4.9. The Administrator has the right to change, modify or delete any or all of the Services.
4.10. The use of the Website is free of charge.
5.1. The Administrator undertakes to ensure the normal operation of the Website. Users have the right to send complaints about the work of the Website to the Administrator at any time. The Administrator shall promptly respond to complaints from Users of the Website.
5.2. The Administrator bears no responsibility and does not have any obligations in connection with any advertising that may be placed on the Website.
5.3. The Administrator bears no responsibility for technical failures in the work of the Website which occur through no fault of its own.
5.4. The Website Administrator has the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Such changes shall be effective upon the publication of the new version of the Agreement on the Website. If the User does not agree with the changes made, they must cease to access the Website, and stop using the materials and services of the Website.
5.5. By clicking on the link https://antiage-expert.com/ru/, the User confirms that they accept the terms of this Agreement, and the Website Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is published on the page with address: https://antiage-expert.com/ru/
5.6. All possible disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
5.7. This Agreement shall become effective upon its publication on the Website.
