Why we developed the Consilium Practicum format
The modern physician is increasingly faced with patients who have a single diagnosis that is only the tip of the iceberg. Underlying this diagnosis are hormonal, metabolic, neurovegetative and psychoemotional mechanisms.
But these factors are not discussed in standard conferences. And the theory does not reflect how these factors manifest in practice.
Consilium Practicum is a format in which:
- doctors from different disciplines share real-life clinical case studies,
- participants can see how a doctor thinks in the moment of decision-making,
- participants can master concrete approaches, that can be put into practice the very next day.
